Lund is a small student city located in the southern part of Sweden, close to Malmö, in the Skåne region.
Although Malmö has a regional airport (MMX) with bus connections to Lund, the most convenient way to reach Lund is to fly to the closest international airport in Copenhagen (CPH) and then take a train (Øresundståg).
There are direct trains from the CPH airport to Lund every 20 minutes and the trip takes about 35 minutes. The train first proceeds over the Öresund Bridge to Malmö (via a station called Triangeln) and continues to Lund afterwards.
Lund is also connected by rail to many Swedish and European cities.
