- You can follow the instructions provided for the CS3 conference earlier in the week in order to find the Council Chamber.
- Thu 14th afternoon - In the IT dept buildings near Restaurant 2
- Thu 14th at 19h00 Reception at Auburge de Meyrin (55CHF menu)
- Fri 15th - In the IT Amphitheatre (Building 31/3-004)
- If you don't have access to CERN as a user, you will have to fill a form to receive your visitor badge as a PDF document, which you have to print and show at the entrance of the CERN campus
- we will send the access requests two weeks before the workshop - if you have already access you can just ignore this email
- don't bring any laser pointer into switzerland other then class 1
- there is a very costly penalty on the possession of laser pointers class 2++
- you won't need your own laser pointer, they are provided by us
- there are two surveys online, which you find under Surveys on the left side menu
- 1st survey is for the 'meet the team sessions'
- 2nd survey is in case you attend the workshop dinner your choice of meal
