The venue of the workshop is located in congress facilities of the Atrium Hotel, which is located in Nový Smokovec, in High Tatras, Slovakia. The hotel hosted a successful CERN Accelerator School in September 2019 (link).
Participants are expected to stay in Atrium Hotel. A limited amount of rooms are pre-reserved for the participants. The participants are advised to give at the booking (book here) the promocode TDINHEP2024.
The pre-reservation expires 60 days before the start of the workshop. After that date, the organizers cannot guarantee free rooms at Atrium Hotel.
