Participants are responsible of their own accommodation booking.
However, there is a special rate negociated with CERN hostel for 50 rooms from 26 to 28 of November for the JUAS event.
The cost is 58 CHF/night. Please note that this rate is allocated on the first come, first serve basis and deadline is the 26th of October.
Procedure to book a room in the hostel:
1. Please complete the booking form (CLICK HERE) at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date
2. Once completed, please send this form by email to housing.service@cern.ch
All reservations, regardless of origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 am.
Cancellation or modification are accepted without charge until 2:00 pm (local time) two days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged 100% on the financial guarantee provided at the time of booking. The rest of the stay will be entirely cancelled if no (re) confirmation is given before 12:00 (local time) the day after the no-show.
