Full participation at HEPiX workshops is only possible in person at the workshop.
Depending on demand and technical options at the workshop site, some kind of streaming of sessions may be available on a best-effort basis, in which case details will be communicated in due time. Note that streaming is not guaranteed; in particular active participation in the discussions is unlikely to be possible remotely. The Paris workshop was indeed streamed for interested persons abroad, but the sesssions were not recorded.
The aim of the HEPiX workshops is to foster exchange of experience and views. The informal discussions at breaks are hence very important. To fully profit from the workshop, please strongly consider attending in person for the full duration of the workshop.
