Code of Conduct
The Organisers of the 5th ICFA Beam Dynamics Mini-Workshop on Machine Learning for Particle Accelerators are grateful to all conference participants, including attendees, vendors, staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders participating in the event, for conducting themselves in a professional and welcoming manner.
All submissions, presentations, discourse and any resulting proceedings shall be scientific in their scope.
Participants are expected to treat each other with respect and consideration so as to create a collegial and inclusive conference environment. Disruptive, disrespectful or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Participants are reminded that photography of conference participants is subject to their permission.
Violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the meeting organizers for appropriate follow up.
