University of Illinois Willard Airport (Airport code CMI) is roughly a 15 minute drive from Loomis. To go to/from the airport, you can rent a car or take a taxi/limo/rideshare.
Visitors can also fly into Chicago at O'Hare International Airport or Midway International Airport. Peoria Charter offers bus service to/from either airport.
By Train
Amtrak offers train service to Champaign-Urbana from Chicago Union Station and New Orleans. From Illinois Terminal, Loomis is either a short bus ride away or approximately a 30-minute walk.
