"Let’s start from the premise that a diverse and inclusive environment can lead to more creativity and more enriching collaboration. Yet very often diversity & inclusion (“D&I”) is associated only with progress on gender. And when that happens, we D&I practitioners lose a lot of potential allies and change makers who feel the topic is not relevant to them. Join Louise Carvalho, CERN’s Diversity & Inclusion Programme Leader as she shares the relevance of this topic and its broader scope to our daily interactions in the workplace.
