Possible topic: Search for the production of a pair of Higgs bosons with the ATLAS experiment at the LHC

   Possible topic: analyses using data from the ATLAS experiment involving jets, jet substructure, and charmonia, phenomenological modeling of jet quenching and charmonia suppression and on developing new methods for efficiently mitigating large backgrounds present in proton-proton and heavy-ion collisions at the LHC.
   Eligibility: Ph.D by the 1st of September. in the field of particle physics or in an adjacent field, good programming skills in C++, Python, and Root, experience analyzing data from experiments in particle physics.
