Wifi access
EDUROAM
You can register any mobile device to the CERN network for a temporary period or via the system EDUROAM.
Other access
If you do not have EDUROAM access, registration of your devices and all network interfaces you intend to use (e.g. Ethernet, Wi-Fi) is mandatory at CERN.
By registering a device you accept CERN's IT Rules..
Please ensure that an up-to-date antivirus with automatic updates and security patches is installed on your computer. As a precaution, access to the network will be blocked for any computer suspected of being contaminated or vulnerable.
- Make sure to select the “CERN” wifi network (and not CERN Visitors)
- Open a web browser to access the registration form
- Enter your personal data
- State “CineGlobe” as the reason.
- Indicate “Neal David Hartman” as the contact.
- Your MAC address should be pre-populated automatically
By validating the request, your CERN contact person takes responsibility for your acceptance of CERN's IT and security rules.
On some devices a restart is necessary before your first connection to the CERN Wi-Fi network.

Accès au Wifi
EDUROAM
Vous pouvez enregistrer tout appareil mobile au réseau CERN pour une durée temporaire ou bien via le système EDUROAM.
Autre accès
Si vous n’avez pas d’accès EDUROAM, l’enregistrement de vos appareils et de toutes les interfaces réseau que vous comptez utiliser (par ex. Ethernet, Wi-Fi) est obligatoire au CERN.
En inscrivant un appareil vous acceptez les règles informatiques du CERN.
Veuillez vous assurer qu’un antivirus à jour avec mise à jour automatique et patches de sécurité sont installés sur votre ordinateur. Par mesure de précaution, l’accès au réseau sera bloqué pour tout ordinateur suspecté comme contaminé ou vulnérable.
- Veillez à sélectionner le réseau wifi "CERN" (et pas CERN Visitors)
- Ouvrez un navigateur Web pour accéder au formulaire d'enregistrement
- Entrez vos données personnelles
- Indiquez “CineGlobe” comme raison.
- Indiquez “Neal David Hartman” comme contact.
- Votre MAC adresse devrait être pré-remplie automatiquement
En validant la requête, votre personne de contact CERN prend la responsabilité de votre acceptation des règles de sécurité informatique du CERN.
Sur certains appareils un redémarrage est nécessaire avant votre 1ère connexion au réseau Wi-Fi du CERN.
