If you plan to attend PD24 in Vancouver, November 19-21, 2024, be sure to check the requirements for travel and entry into Canada.
Please refer to the section Visa Information if you need a visa letter. Visa processing times currently (May 2024) ranges from 30 to 180 days depending on the country you apply from.
To ensure the visa will be issued on time for travelling, we will hold a special Early Abstract Acceptance review starting right after the "Early Abstract Acceptance" deadline (15-July-2024).
We strongly encourage applicants who need a visa to submit their abstracts before 15-July-2024.
Abstract acceptance for early applicants will be notified in early August 2024.
Applicants not requiring a visa can submit their abstracts until the "Abstract Submission" deadline (31-Aug-2024) as we encourage presentations and posters to show the most up-to-date results.
