The main exhibition program for PD24 will take place during the conference week from Tuesday until Thursday. Exhibitors will be able to setup as early as Tuesday morning.
Exhibitors will receive a 3 mX2.5 m space (with a table), two chairs and access to electricity and WiFi/Internet.
In addition, vendors may set up a private rollup and have their logo placed on the conference indico page. The tentative layout map of the exhibitor area is shown below.
The Standard Exhibition fee is listed on the Registration info page (link below). This includes (i) a standard booth in the exhibition area, (ii) a presentation in a plenary session, and (iii) a space during the poster session.
Exhibitors can select one or all of these three options during Registration.
The Standard Exhibition fee includes also two full conference registrations for vendor personnel.
