We have some rooms blocked at Hyatt Place (Warrenville) at a special rate of $104 per night (includes breakfast). The hotel is a short drive from Fermilab and we suggest car-pooling. (Car-pool helper coming soon.) The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Fermilab (if needed).
Bookings can be made by:
- Using this link here (uses group booking code G-UOWM). [Defaults to check in on Sunday, May 19th and check out on Friday, May 24th.]
- By going online to Hyatt.com and entering reservation using G-UOWM as the group/corporate number. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-590-2796 (Hyatt Place) and give the group booking number.
Rooms may not be available after May 1st, so please make your reservations soon.
