1) ISSUE970:  Support for digitization in ddsim
                       ==> On hold, but should be closed.
2)  ISSUE1199: Persist hepmc vertex status code into output
                      ==> Should we eliminate Geant4EventReaderHepMC
                      ==> Decision: Geant4EventReaderHepMC will be removed
3) ISSUE1271: Non reproducible order of daughter volumes in Geant4 geometry
                      ==> Witek: improve debugability.
                      ==> Not obviuous to solve
Pending:
4) PR1240:     Add multithreading support to ddsim 
5) PR1277:     GeoHandler: store shapes in deterministic order

1) PR1269, 1268: Code maintenance: change quoted include statements to angular brackets.
2) PR1267, 1270, 1272, 1275: The battle against coverity
           ===> Closed. Various fixes to reduce coverity defects  (Markus)
3) PR1274: Allow coverity scans being started manually  (Markus)
4) PR1276: XMLElements: fix tinyxml include  (Andre)
           ===> Fix to bug introduced by PR1269, PR1268
