Description

The primary aim of the Antarctic Muon And Neutrino Detector Array (AMANDA-II) is the search for high-energy neutrinos of extraterrestrial origin. This goal is pursued in different analysis strategies like the search for transient and permanent point sources, for a diffuse signal and for physics beyond the standard model, e.g. the search for WIMPs. In this contribution the different analysis methods and results are presented.
