Description

Meeting of potential collaboration partners to prepare a Horizon Europe grant application on “Advanced real-time data analysis used for infrastructure resilience”.

Purpose of the meeting is to elaborate upon the existing project concept and workplan, plus to determine the final consortium composition.

      Each participant will introduce themselves and their organisation and specialism. Time for each participant: 1 minute. This is followed by a brief introduction to the topic and the structure of the day's meeting.

      In this first section, each partner organisation will give a 10-minute presentation, outlining their specific interest in the project, their expertise area in relation to the project concept, and possible roles during the project. A presentation template is available on Indico beforehand. Coffee/tea during this part of the meeting is on self-service basis.
      Each presentation is followed by a 5-minute question round. After the presentations, discussions will lead to a refinement of the project scope and identification of gaps.
