Once your application/registration to the conference has been approved, you can proceed to payment of the conference fee of 200 CHF that will cover
• Coffee breaks in the mornings and afternoons, except Friday 24 when it is only for the morning
• Monday-Thursday
• Networking cocktail on Tuesday evening at the Science Gateway
• Logistics
You can pay your registration fee via credit card directly on the indico site, or by bank transfer to the following bank account

When doing the bank transfer, please make sure that the name of the conference (QT4HEP) is mentioned together with your name.
Please note that any credit card fees or bank transfer fees will be added on top of the conference fee. The receipt issued will only cover the conference fee.
Participants will receive a receipt following the successful payment.
Participants from CERN, must be pay their registration fee via a TID. Your secretariat can help with the procedure.
Please use the budget code 47339 with Kristina Gunne as the technical supplier contact, using the following procurement code; 14051000 - Organization of Seminars, Conf. not managed by MICE at CERN. Please make sure that the conference name and your name are mentioned together with the budget code.
After registering, please ignore the payment section.
*Invited speakers and students who were successfully granted a stipend can ignore the above-mentioned procedure. At the end of your registration, just ignore the payment part, your registration is registered even without payment.
