A block of rooms (single en suite) is reserved at the SURA residence facility, which is on JLab premises. People who are interested to reserve a room there should complete this form, putting "PDFLAttice2024" under "event name" and "Jianwei Qiu" under "JLab sponsor".
A block of rooms is also booked at the Newport News Marriott at City Center hotel. People who are interested to reserve a room there should do so at this link or by calling at the reservation system 866-329-1758 and ask for the PDF Lattice group block. Block will be open until October 28th, 2024 or until block is full (whichever comes first). The rate is 110 USD per night (w/o tazes and fees).
