Oral Presentation:
Please upload your talk presentation file to the workshop Indico site; all the talks will be downloaded to the workshop computer no later than 8AM on the workshop day. If you use PowerPoint or Keynote for your talk, please also upload a PDF version of your talk, in case of font or formatting issues.
All oral presentation have 5 mins Q&A; do not run over the Q&A time for your presentation, even if there is a discussion session scheduled immediately after. These discussion times are for broader discussions.
Poster Presentation:
Please use portrait aspect ratio with size 30 inch (width) x 40 inch (height). Posters can be put up as early as Monday lunch break time. The posters will be kept up until Tuesday. The formal poster presentation and workshop reception will take place on Monday from 6 PM to 8 PM.
