Accomodation can be requested using the normal CERN hostel booking system https://sce-dep.web.cern.ch/housing/book-now, or emailing the CERN Hostel via housing.service@cern.ch. Cancellation and modification of hostel bookings is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
