Participants have to make their own arrangements for their accommodation, after receiving the confirmation of acceptation for the TH institute.
NOTE: on previous occasions, several participants received phishing messages offering to book accommodation for the event. We do not send such messages and participants need to make their own arrangements for their accommodation (either at the CERN hostel or hotels nearby).
CERN Hostel reservation
Please note that a number of rooms at the CERN Hostel have been booked for this workshop. To reserve one of these rooms, we kindly ask you to fill in the form here, and send it back to housing.service@cern.ch at least 31st days before the expected arrival day. Please note that those rooms are exclusively for participants (no accompanying persons). If you participate also to the MadGraph5_aMC@NLO meeting 2025 please fill just one form with the full period of your stay.
After this deadline, you can still request a room by sending the form to housing.service@cern.ch, but the reservation is not guaranteed (they will confirm availability or not).

Hotels in the local area
