Poster presentation instructions for authors

In-Person Poster Presentation Instructions

 

Poster Size and Format

Prepare your poster in A0 format.
(NOTE: vertical/portrait orientation)

The maximum poster size is 96 cm wide and 138 cm tall. (A0 size is 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)

Bring your printed poster; we do not offer on-site printing.

 

Presentation Time

Be present at your poster during the assigned session and be ready to give a short overview and answer questions from the attendees.

 

 

Online Poster Presentation Instructions.

Each presenter is required to submit:

• A maximum of a four-slide PowerPoint presentation (title slide + three slides; format allowed is PDF)
• A 3-minute pre-recorded video explaining the research objectives, methods, key findings, and significance.

• Fill in all required fields carefully.
• Upload your slides and video files using the form’s upload function.
• Double-check your entries before submitting.

Deadline

• All submissions must be completed by: [August 15, 2025]  --> Extended to [August 31, 2025]
• Late submissions may not be accepted or featured in the official program.

 

Presentation Time

• Virtual poster presentation will be done via Zoom
• Each recorded presentation will be assigned to a breakout room according to the physics subfield.
• Presenters are expected to be online to answer questions from the participants.
• No live presentation.

As part of our commitment to promoting African scientific excellence, ACP2025 would like to feature selected virtual poster presentations on our official social media platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and the conference website.
