The registration period for the 7th Magnificent CEvNS workshop and the CEvNS school is from 10 February to 2 May 2025.
The registration fee for the Magnificent CEvNS (9-11 June 2025) workshop is:
- 280 Euro (full fee)
- 220 Euro (reduced fee for students)
It includes the access to all workshop sessions, poster session, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, the workshop dinner and a certificate of participation.
The registration fee for the CEvNS school (5-7 June 2025) is:
- 100 Euro (student fee)
It includes the access to all school sessions, project materials, coffee breaks, and a certificate of participation.
The payments will be handled by Fundação de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento da Computação Científica – FACC.
Registration fee payment for non-Brazilians:

A Nota Fiscal referente ao pagamento será encaminhada para o e-mail que consta na inscrição do participante.
Cancellation policy
- A participant may request cancellation of their registration and a refund in writing until the closing day of registration (2 May 2025).
- The refund will incur a deduction of bank fees and 11% of FACC services.
- The refund will be made after the event.
- A registration can be transferred. If you cannot participate and want to send another person, please notify us in writing.
- There can be no refunds or cancellations after 2 May 2025.
Financial support
There may be limited support for students. The requests for support must be motivated and submitted to the Local Organizing Committee at mag7s.rio@gmail.com by 5 April 2025. The decision will be announced by 25 April.
