Travelling to Zurich
Zurich can easily be reached by train and air travel. We strongly encourage you to come to Zurich by train to reduce the environmental impact of our workshop.
- If you arrive by train: Zurich HB
- Arrival by airplane: we recommend you to take the train from Zurich Airport (ZRH) to Zurich HB as the fastest and most convenient option (~15 minutes, 3 zones, single ride CHF 7.00, if you want to travel within Zurich by public transport, consider the 24 h ticket including the airport for CHF 14.00)

Reasonable prices for Hotels in Zurich range from CHF 120-160 per night.
Travelling within Zurich
To get around Zurich, we suggest to get day passes (2 zones, CHF 9.20 for 24 h) for the local transportation network. Within Zurich, all tickets are available at vending machines at the bus/tram stop, as well as at any station in Switzerland.

Getting to the workshop
The workshop is taking place in the Kollegiengebäude (KOL) in Rämistrasse 71, 8006 Zurich. The closest tramline stop is ETH/Universitätsspital (tramlines 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 17).
