Hotel with negotiated rates:
- The Hilton Garden Inn is at walking distance from the LIRR train station (20 minutes) and the conference venue (5 minutes). It is conveniently located right on Stony Brook Campus with access to several restaurants in walking distance.
- The Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook is a seven minute drive from campus (free shittle available) within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurant.

- Danford's Hotel & Marina is a ten minute drive from campus, in downtown Port Jefferson, with a variety of restaurants and shoppes within easy walking distance.
- Three Village Inn, Stony Brook is ten minute drive from campus, in the Historic District area of Stony Brook near the harbor and close to shoppes and eateries.
