We were informed that several participants received phishing messages asking to book accommodation for the workshop. We do not make such arrangements and participants need to make their own arrangements for their accommodation (either at the CERN hostel or hotels nearby).
Reservation
Please note that all participants are already booked at CERN Hostel in a single room with washbasin only.*
*(communal shower rooms and toilets available on each floor at the Hostel)
The cost of your stay is covered by the school, from Sunday 3rd of November to Saturday 23th of November (morning). This does NOT include any meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be taken from CERN restaurants on site.
Please note that any extra nights outside of the 3rd to the 23th November (included) must be paid on departure directly.
