Accommodation

Participants are responsible of their own accommodation booking.

A list of hotels with special rates negociated for I.FAST Annual Meeting participants is provided by the local organizer IFJ PAN:

• Grand Hotel: 15% discount with the code IFAST2025. The hotel is located at 1 mn from the venue

• Golden Tulip: single room with breakfast at 460PLN (~101CHF) / Double room with breakfast at 520PLN (~114CHF). Send an e-mail to Magdalena Kurek sales@goldentulipkrakowcitycenter.com with the code IFAST. The hotel is located 10mn from the venue

• Hotel Francuski or Hotel Unicus Place Old Town: 20% discount until 31.01.2025 / 15% discount if booking made in February 2025, 10% discount made from 01.03.2025. Send an e-mail to Natalia Siemieniec nsiemieniec@dobryhotel.com with the code IFAST. Both hotels are located at 2 mn fom the venue.

A lot of hotels are also available from Booking platforms.

Do not wait too long before booking your accommodation as they are a lot of different events organized in Krakow in April 2025.

For CERN members of Personnel please note that the DTA amount regarding the accommodation is 116CHF. After the approval of your Travel Request via EDH, you can also choose an hotel though the Egencia list.
