If you would like to book a room at the CERN Hostel, please send an e-mail to housing.service@cern.ch with the following information:
- Dates of arrival and departure
- Indico link of the meeting which is the reason of your visit
- Name of your garant: Thomas BRENT / IPT-EU-MS
If you prefer to find a hotel in the CERN area or in Geneva, please have a look to this list of hotels.
Please note that you will have to make your own booking as due to Data Privacy Policy, you should provide your personal guarantee details directly to the Hotel/CERN Hostel.
