The local organizers will provide invitation letters to all participants. For the cases in which a VISA is needed, one can use the letter for VISA application. For those who don't need a VISA, the letter can be carried in case of a need to prove the purpose of travelling.

 

Invitation Letter

The invitation letter will be provided to the participants of the school. It is intended for presenting to the customs officers to explain the purpose of your visit in case you are asked.

If you need to apply for a Shengen visa, please request a formal invitation letter from the LOC.
