To enter the CERN site, you should be in possession of a valid CERN access card. If you have asked for a visitor card, it will be ready to collect at the CERN reception, building 33, during opening hours (8:00 - 18:00). Outside opening hours, your visitor card will be given to the Security Guard on duty at the Main entrance, Gate B.
At the start of the conference, you should go to the registration desk located in the same building (222) as the conference (opening hours 08:00 - 11:00 / 13:00 -16:00 ) where you will receive a badge that will be your pass for the dinner, if you have registered.
