The Upgrade II of the LHCb experiment is proposed for the long shutdown 4 of the LHC. The upgraded detector will operate at a maximum luminosity of 1.5×1034 cm-2s-1, with the aim of reaching a total integrated luminosity of ∼300 fb-1 over the lifetime of the HL-LHC. The collected data will allow the full exploitation of the flavour physics capabilities of the HL-LHC, probing a wide range of physics observables with unprecedented accuracy.
The meeting will be held in Heidelberg, will start at 14:00 on Wednesday 26 March 2025 and will finish at 13:00 on Friday 28 March 2025. Registration closes on March 7th. There is a confererence fee of 180 EUR (reduced to 100 EUR if you do not attend the conference dinner).
Heidelberg University is able to offer child care close to the workshop location for the duration of the workshop. Please indicate when you register if you would like to make use of this option.
Zoom connections - accessible via the agenda page - will be provided for all sessions.
Some additional information on public transport, the venue of the workshop dinner and a small selection of restaurants can be found here.
