The Geant4 workshop is organized at Warsaw University of Technology on 24-28th of February, 2025.
The workshop will take place in the Rektorska 4 building (link to google maps: click here), Room 502.
The workshop aims to provide master students and early-stage PhD students with an introduction to Geant4, building applications and simulations in this framework, and using Geant4 together with other tools (DD4Hep, Virtual MC, OpenGATE). We aim at providing the necessary knowledge during presentations and then focus on examples and hands-on activities.
The participant should have a working knowledge of C++ and Linux environment, and are expected to have their own laptops to participate in the hands-on activities.
The workshop is free of charge, but its capacity is limited to 20 participants. The participants will be provided with lunches.
