You can reach the meeting venue in the following ways:
- By plane to Roma Fiumicino or Pisa airport, then by train or car to Portoferraio harbour.
- By train to Piombino Marittima, ferry-boat to Portoferraio.
- By car to Piombino, ferry-boat to Portoferraio, a short drive to La Biodola (10km).
Since the costs of organizing a coach bus to and from the airport are too high compared to the number of requests received for this service, participants are expected to arrange their own transportation.
However, a shuttle will be available upon request to transport participants from Portoferraio harbor (the primary port of Elba Island) to the meeting venue and back.
The organizing secretariat is available to provide travel advice and, if needed, to arrange a private transfer (NCC) for small groups.
