5th CERN Baltic Conference (CBC 2025)

Venue

CBC2025 will be held at the Santaka Valley of Kaunas University of Technology (virtual tour) at the following address: K. Barsausko st. 59, Kaunas, Lithuania.

Arrive to Kaunas

	Vilnius Airport is located 100 kilometers from Kaunas City. Once you arrive here, you can reach the conference venue by train, bus, or car. Kaunas Airport is about 10 kilometers from the city center. Upon arrival, the centre can be easily reached by bus or car.
	The train station is near Vilnius Airport around 5-minute walk away. There is a special train service between the Vilnius Railway Station and Vilnius Airport. You can take the  train from Vilnius Airport to Vilnius Railway Station. From Vilnius Railway Station, you can catch a train to Kaunas. The timetable can be found on the Lietuvos gelezinkeliai website.
	The bus stop is located just outside Vilnius Airport. Bus No. 1 goes to the train/bus station and the bus No. 2 goes to the city centre. The timetable can be found on Vilnius Routes and Timetables website. The bus stop is located outside the Kaunas Airport. Bus No. 29G goes to the city centre (bus stop "Studentų skveras") and to the train and bus stations. Kaunas city transport timetables are available online.
	You can use a courier service. UBER and BOLT are available in Vilnius and Kaunas. These services are easy to use and can be booked via an app on your phone.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not covered by the registration fee, and participants are responsible for finding their own place to stay.
