Venue
The venue is Flackl-Wirt (https://www.flackl.at/en/), 20 minutes walk from the town of Reichenau an der Rax. The venue will host the activities, accommodation and meals for the trip.
Travel
Travel to the venue will be by train from Vienna. We will take the train departing Wien Hauptbahnhof at 08:53 am to Payerbach-Reichenau on Monday 23rd June. From there a bus has been arranged to take us to the venue.
You may also travel by your own means if you wish. If you do then please arrive at the venue by 10:45 am on the morning of the 23rd June and please specify on the registration form that you will do this. If you are not yet decided please chose the most likely option and let us know nearer the time if you change your mind.
The return trip will leave from Flackl at 15:15 on Wednesday 25th, taking the bus to Payerbach-Reichenau, returning by the 15:55 train to Vienna.
Accommodation
It is 2-3 people to a room, with shared communal toilets and bathrooms. When you register you will be asked if you have a specific person you want to share with (if so please put each other as the option, a room of three people may be possible in some cases), or if you do not have a room mate then please give any preferences you have (no preference, gender specific etc.).
Meals
All meals will be provided by the venue as a buffet, with a planned BBQ on Monday evening.
Breakfast: 07:00 - 09:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 - 13:30 pm
Dinner: 18:00 - 19:30 pm
There will also be a bar on site that will be open as long as there is sufficient demand.
Costs
The accommodation, food and excursion costs are paid directly by the academy. You will, however, have to pay for the train tickets and claim back that expense after the trip.
