Information for speakers.
All plenary talks are for 25 mins of presentation with 5 minuets for questions. Please make sure that you leave time for a lively Q&A after your presentation. Speakers in parallel sessions should check the time allotted for their talk and allow time for questions at a similar level to the plenary sessions.
Please make sure that your presentation slides are uploaded the day before your session. Everyone should have access to upload your slides to indico, but if there are any problems please contact us.
Please note we intend to record these talks for archival purposes to release after the conference. If you would prefer not to be recorded please let us know.
Information for poster presenters.
Posters should be A0 in size and can be mounted during the day on Monday in preparation for the poster session that evening. There is an opportunity for some poster presenters to present a short summary of their poster during the conference. To aid with planning for this poster presenters are asked to contact us by the 26th of August to request addition to this session.
