The workshop will be held from 05.10.2011 - 07.10.2011 at the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in Erlangen. Each day will have its own topic (Wed: Spin Foam Models and Group Field Theory, Thu: Canonical LQG and symmetry reduced models, Fri: AQFT and other approaches), and will be started by a talk of an invited senior scientist. This first talk is supposed to frame the subsequent talks by PhD students. It is scheduled for 45 minutes and 15 minutes of discussion. The format for the PhD students’ talks will be 30 minutes talk and 15 minutes of discussion.
