Lodging:
The Paul Langevin Center has rooms (single and double) allocated for all participants. The Aussois Secretariat will directly arrange the accommodation for all participants. Please disregard any junk/spam email from fake "travel" companies offering to organize your lodging at Aussois.
Depending on your support received, participants pay partially or totally the cost of the room. In case of No-Show the penalty is the total amount of the 5-days.
Costs:
The cost for the conference attendance with full board accommodation for 5 nights plus the conference fee is ~500€ (single room) and ~400€ (double shared room). The price includes all the meals (incl. conf. dinner), coffee breaks, rental of the conference room, taxes, etc. If you stay one night more, add about ~110€ (the centre will take care of this). The default is to directly pay at the centre at the end of your stay (cash or card).
In case of need, we have a very limited budget to cover some of the local costs. Please send us an e-mail to make such a request. However, we are not able to cover travel costs.
PS: The price for accompanying persons is ~110€ per day as full board accommodation is mandatory.
Special requests (meals and housing):
You will be asked to specify any dietary requirements when you register. You can modify such information by updating your registration until November 30th.
The same applies for the accommodation of companions (double rooms) and kids. In case of doubts, please email us.
