- Registration Opens: March 1, 2025
Begin your registration on this date to secure your spot at the conference. - Grant-Related Registration Deadline: April 15th, 2025
If you require a grant for fee waiving and/or paid double room accommodation, please ensure your registration is completed by this date. - Fee Payment Opens: beginning May, 2025
- Hotel Block Booking Expiration Date: May 15th, 2025
Block bookings for low-price rooms at the University Guest House and hotels in the city center will expire on this date. Interested students are encouraged to contact the hotels before April 15th to secure their accommodation. - Early registration: June 15th, 2025 & early payment (reduced fee): July 15th, 2025:
Early fee is reduced to 350EUR instead of 400EUR - Registration Deadline: June 30, 2025
