Some of the hotels might offer preferential conditions (which can range anywhere from a substantial price cut to just free breakfasts). To obtain these conditions, you have to mention to them that you plan to attend the 'PONT' Congress taking place at the Palais des Papes. Please contact the organizers in case of problems.
