Submission deadline
PhD students and young postdocs may submit a request for participating in the Young Scientist forum with a talk and poster on the same topic. The original deadline for the "Young Scientist forum talk + Poster Contribution" requests is October 30th,2025. Priority will be given to PhD students and late submissions will be added to a waiting list. As the deadline is very far ahead, we will allow some flexibility for changing the requested topic closer to the event.
Applications for "Poster Contribution" only are also welcome and not restricted to the deadline. Please indicate the arXiv number(s) of the work(s) you wish to present if available.
Applicants must provide their full names and affiliation details for their submission to be considered.
