I acknowledge that, as a consequence of participating in the ATLAS Open Data Workshop event organized at CERN, my image may be captured in photographs and recordings for the purpose of being broadcasted, published and distributed free-of-charge in various media for educational or other non-commercial purposes, including, but not limited to classroom, Internet (including webcasts and podcasts and streaming video), or through any other communications media currently existing or later created.
To the extent that I do not wish to be in such photographs and recordings I recognise that it is my responsibility to take measures to ensure that my image is not captured by wearing a specific lanyard or moving to areas where picture are not taken. I further understand and accept that CERN bears no responsibility for the photographs and recordings taken by other participants in the event.
