Instructions for speakers:
Please use your CERN Indico account to upload your talk. If you do not have one, please send your slides to the organisers (see here). A video projector with a PDF file reader and PowerPoint will be provided. If you choose to upload a PPT file, please select the auto-create PDF option during upload to ensure your talk is conveniently accessible to all. Also, if you use non-standard fonts in your presentation, please ensure that these are embedded in your file. We expect speakers to upload their talks 24 hours before the session in which they are scheduled to speak. This is to ensure the event runs smoothly. You will not be allowed to use your own computer to avoid any overrun from one talk to the next.
Instructions for poster presentations:
Please leave your poster at the help desk outside of the Great Hall. They will be displayed on the boards in the Great Hall by the Support Team.
