The NuPhys2026 Proceedings will be available online via the Zenodo archive. With the presenter's consent, the organisers will upload slides and/or posters to Zenodo after the conference. The contributions will receive a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and thus be uniquely citable. More details on Zenodo can be found here.
If a presenter wishes to upload a typeset traditional contribution to the arXiv. In that case, the organisers will link this manuscript to the conference proceedings if notified of the arXiv number before 10 April 2026. When submitting to the arXiv, please include in the comments section that this contribution was presented as a Talk/Poster at NuPhys2026. Note that this is entirely optional.
Presenters can use the following NuPhys2026Template to create the manuscript. Plenary speakers have a limit of 10 pages, while poster presenters have a limit of 4 pages, excluding references in both cases.
