Registration Deadlines
Early registration opens October 10 2025, and continues through November 30 (11:59pm), after which we enter the regular registration period. Registration closes three weeks prior to the conference week, on December 20, 2025.
Registration fees vary by period (early vs. regular). See the fees below.
Registration Fees
Early Registrations (up to 30 November) £150 (students) £250 (non-students)
Regular Registration (up to 20 December) £200 (students) £300 (non-students)
The registration includes breakfast, lunch, a reception on the first evening, a poster session with drinks and dinner on the second day, all coffee breaks, and a welcome bag.
Payment
Credit Card (standard method to use)
Click the e-store link below to complete payment through our e-store.
The registration process is considered complete only after the conference fee has been paid, and the name will then appear in the list of participants.
Invoice
It is not possible to use the e-store; bank transfer is also accepted.
You need to provide:
your full name
full address
email address
telephone number
indicate whether a student or not
We will then be able to raise an invoice within 3-4 working days.

Group payment:
We accept group payments. The group PI should email nuphys-loc@kcl.ac.uk with the expected list of people. The payment should be made by bank transfer and submitted according to the registration deadlines, along with the final list of registrants from the group.
Accompanying person(s)
Accompanying persons are welcome.
They are invited to attend our social events, which include a welcome reception, the poster session, and dinner: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1568942/page/39497-social-events
The cost is £100/person. We will raise an invoice for the payment.
