The poster session of ICNFP 2026 will take place Tuesday 25 August 2026 at 19:00-20:00 in OAC.
The poster size is expected to be A0, which is 1189 x 841mm ( 46.8 x 33.1 inches ) and is equivalent to 16 x A4 size. The poster orientation should be portrait.
Poster presenters that participate physically are expected to print out their poster (A0 size) and bring it to the conference. The organizers of ICNFP 2026 will provide the necessary support to attach the posters to the boards. The poster presenters can also upload a pdf file with their poster in the conference timetable.
Online poster presenters are expected to upload their poster (in the form of a pdf file with up to 16 slides of A4 size) before Tuesday 25 August 17:00 in the conference timetable, which will be printed and posted on the boards by the ICNFP 2026 organizers.
All poster presenters will have the opportunity to present their posters in addition to the physical poster session or exclusively online as flash talks of 7+3 min in the extended day of ICNFP in December that will be announced later. The extended day will include various oral presentations of 15+5 and 20+5 minutes and flash talks for the poster presentations.
The poster session will be accompanied by a wine tasting.
All participants are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine or other local drink from the country they are coming from, for the wine tasting.
