Description
Abstract: SIPAC is a 4-channel ASIC prototype for SiPM readout in CEPC's ECAL, HCAL, LumiCal, and Muon detector. The chip integrates preamplifier, shaper, ADC, TDC, and serializer circuits. A DAC calibrates SiPM gain, with each channel featuring a dedicated calibration path for single-photon calibration. The chip has been taped out, and silicon testing is ongoing and is expected to be completed in May. Post-simulation results demonstrate that the nonlinearity error below 1% from 1.28 pC - 3.84nC. The ENOB of the ADC is 10 bits, while the timing resolution of the TDC is 100 ps. Both INL and DNL are maintained below 1 LSB.
