AIDA, an FP7 project that is addressing infrastuctures for detector R&D, is organizing an industry-academia matching event on Position Sensitive Solid-State devices and related technologies.
The purpose of this event, hosted by DESY in Hamburg, Germany, is to review what is considered to be at the forefront in the field of particle and photon sensing and provide an overview of its key application areas, as well as to facilitate the exchange of information between academia and industry and foster more R&D collaborations between them.
