The School will host a poster session where students will have the opportunity to present their work on detector simulation and physics modelling. The poster session will take place on May 18 (Mon.) 18:00-21:00.
The deadline for submission of abstracts for posters contributions is April 25th, 2026. Notification of the acceptance of a poster contribution will be sent by e-mail by May 4th, 2025. Please submit your abstract before using the submission form.
The students presenting the best two posters will be awarded with a monetary prize (€250 each) and a certificate, offered by "Instruments"
Instruments is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal on scientific instrumentation and its related methods and theory, published quarterly online by MDPI.
Requirements for Poster Presentations
Posters must be designed and printed in portrait mode (NOT landscape) in A0 paper size, or 841 mm × 1189 mm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in). Please plan to print the poster and bring it with you.
