This is a topical one-day in-person meeting dedicated to the discussion and interpretation of new  experimental results on ttbar production at threshold and the possible existence of an enhancement due to a pseudo-bound state of top and antitop quarks. 

The meeting will feature talks by theorists reviewing results and addressing the new challenges and  reports from ATLAS and CMS on the experimental analysis and open questions.
